Once a client confirms an order, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or installation is scheduled.
Full payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be discussed during your consultation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our blinds are made-to-order, cancellations after production begins may incur costs or may not be refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
6. Warranties and Product Care
We take pride in offering quality blinds that meet high standards of craftsmanship. Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the product type.
Clients are responsible for proper care and maintenance as outlined in product instructions. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse are not covered under warranty.
